This heirloom variety bears huge crops of straight, dark green fruits with small seed cavities. You’ll have plenty to enjoy baked, steamed, saut??ed, grilled or fried??and you’ll also have plenty to share with friends and neighbors. Black Magic Zucchini Summer Squash has semi-spineless vines that grow 1-2 ft. tall and up to 3 ? ft. wide. For the best flavor and a tender texture, we recommend harvesting at the baby squash stage or the 6-8 inch stage. Summer squash seeds can be directly sown into the ground when the soil is warm and danger of spring frost has passed. 50 DAYS.
